Mike talks with Bill Holden, Senior Vice President, Executive Perils for The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers team, on business risks presented by COVID-19 today and in the future during the aftermath of the pandemic. Bill shares his insight on employment-related risks, supply chain disruptions, company transparency, and directors’ and officers’ liability.

He brings over 35 years of Commercial Lines and Product Line experience and joined The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers in 2021. Bill spent his first ten years with Chubb’s Executive Protection Department, underwriting and managing various departments around the country. He joined the Aon Financial Services Group and was an EVP and team leader for ten years. He worked closely with clients in the Entertainment and Technology industries, as well as companies going through IPOs, mergers, and acquisitions, reverse mergers, bankruptcies, and other complicated transactions.

Bill then founded the Management Liability Practice for USI Insurance, before joining Wells Fargo Insurance to run their West Region for their Management Liability Practice and four of their insurance brokerage offices. Most recently, Bill was the Chief Operating Officer and a producer for a private equity-owned insurance brokerage in Southern California, and a National Director for a national brokerage’s Management Liability Practice, as well as running the entire West Region.

Bill brings a wealth of underwriting, brokerage, and client advocacy experience to our clients. Having worked with all lines of insurance, Bill also understands how to craft a placement that fits neatly with the rest of the Property & Casualty program to create a better Enterprise Risk approach.
