Debra is a Group Director/ SVP of Signature Bank, where she partners with middle-market firms in developing unique financial solutions. She is one of the initial California team members in Signature Bank’s expansion into California. What she relishes about her new role is that she can offer creative solutions with a very high-touch, “one point of contact” service.

Debra enjoys putting her international experience to work with her domestic clients. After earning her MBA at UCLA, she took the opportunity to fulfill one of her dreams: working internationally. Always the banker, she has worked in Europe, Ecuador, and Mexico with Citibank and ING Barings in corporate and middle-market banking.

When she is not doing her “day job”, Debra spends time giving back to the communities she cares about so deeply. She currently serves on the board of Fit 4 the Cause, which provides diverse exercise and nutrition education programs for low-income communities, many of them with social needs.
