He has written more than 50 published articles on mediation and arbitration and is the author of a major technical book on construction, Defect-Free Buildings, published in 2007 by McGraw-Hill.

He is very familiar with non-disclosure, broker malfeasance, escrow issues, title company issues, and commercial and residential lease disputes, having successfully mediated a multitude of cases involving these issues.
